Return Policy

We have a standard return policy on all items unless specified here. You can contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to qualify for a return. BUYER pays return shipping costs and SELLER will return full purchase price of the item upon inspection of item. If your item is not returned in the condition it left our warehouse only a partial refund will be available.

  1. Refund of Shipping Charges: We do refund any shipping charges above $3.00. We try our best to charge accurate shipping but we are estimated your packages weight, we cannot be completely certain of the weight until your item is packed. We may also include extra items with your order instead of a refund this is up to our discretion.
  2. Additional Shipping Charges Required? Because your item is only estimated weight we refund any shipping charges above our cost. In some circumstances your order may require additional shipping charges. If this happens we will email / call you immediately. If we are unable to get in contact with you, your complete order will be refunded.
  3. What company will you ship my package with? The shipping company depends on the weight of your order. We try and get you the best possible price for shipping. We ship smaller items with USPS and larger heavy items with UPS.
  4. Do you ship to a P.O. BOX? We will ship small packages using USPS. However we try to ship all heavier items with UPS, so if you are purchasing a number of items or a bulky product please provide a residential or business address.
  5. Shipping and Handling Time: Our handling time is approx. 3 business days on a regular order. If you need your item immediately please contact us for information regarding a faster shipping method. In the event we can not accommodate a 3 day turn around, you will receive an email with an explanation
  6. International: We will be happy to ship to an international destination. Please contact us for an estimate on shipping charges. Insurance is included with every international shipment. Southern Cross Candles is not responsible for any taxes or duty fees required by your country
  7. Packaging: Our items are not mass produced in a factory, many of our items are handmade, and will not have any retail packaging. We ship our items in the safest manner possible, so sometimes you may open your box to find 100s of Peanuts and your items wrapped and taped with bubble wrap. Visually this is not appealing, but we have very good success in our packaging methods and we do not often have damages.
  8. Pick - Up: If you live in the vicinity of our location, we can arrange to meet you with your items. There is a $2.00 charge for this option. We only meet within a 25 mile distance from our location. If you are interested in picking your items up, please contact us before purchasing so we can adjust the shipping charges. We are not open to the public.
  9. Shipping Damages: Shipping damages do happen regardless how well the item is packaged. If your item arrives and is not in good condition or visibly damaged please contact us immediately. Do not throw any packaging away including: box, packing supplies, tape, etc. Depending on the shipping company these items may be required in order to replace the cost of the item. We will handle all shipping related claims for our customers.
